Uzbekistan creates ample opportunities for training qualified personnel, ensuring the continuity of study and practice. International organizations and embassies of foreign countries operating in the country are also implementing several projects in this area.

Among them is the Young Professional Internships Program, funded by the U.S. Embassy in Uzbekistan.
This internship program, promoted by the American Councils for International Education, allows 70 students from Uzbekistan studying for a bachelor’s degree in business and science to complete an internship in large companies.
Representatives of the Embassy and participants of this project took part in the event organized in Tashkent.
70 students, selected from over a thousand applicants, improved their skills and experience for three months under the guidance of qualified specialists in small and medium-sized enterprises and local and international companies. They also participated in weekly classes to improve their professional skills.
Since 2020, 165 students have successfully completed the program in Uzbekistan. During the summer internship, the participants strengthened professional skills such as conducting research, data analysis, accounting, communication skills and interpersonal communication, intercultural teamwork, and critical thinking.
