The actual volume of grain exports by Ukraine since the beginning of the 2024/2025 marketing year (July 2024 – June 2025) and as of August 30 had made 6.989 million tons, up 61% or 2.646 million tons year over year.
This follows from a statement by the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food, the Ukrainian News agency reports.

A total of 3,593,000 tons of wheat, 1,096,000 tons of barley, 300 tons of rye, and 2,273,000 tons of corn have already been exported.
At the same time, during the specified period, the export of wheat flour and flour from other crops decreased by 49.6%, or by 11,100 tons, to 11,300 tons.
As the Ukrainian News agency earlier reported, Ukraine exported 50.8 million tons of grain in the 2023/2024 marketing year, up 3.2% or 1.59 million tons year over year.
