Ukraine will create a digital platform for defense companies to interact with the state

The Ministry of Defense is developing a new digital tool for communication between business and the state. The platform will allow companies to receive government orders and monitor the development of the defense industry.

The Ministry of Defense plans to create a digital platform for defense companies to interact with the state, which will allow businesses to receive orders from the state, scale up and develop in innovation. This was stated by Deputy Defense Minister Kateryna Chernogorenko during a briefing, UNN reports .

Details

We received a task from the Minister of Defense that the relationship between businesses, between the defense industry and the ministry should be as transparent as we have introduced a high culture of relations with our citizens. We want to open and launch a product. It will be a digital tool, very simple, understandable to our businesses, so that they can talk to the state, receive orders from the state, see where the state is moving, see how they can adapt, scale and develop in innovation and sustainable armaments. As soon as we are conceptually ready and ready for the announcement, we will immediately make a big announcement to all the media and show what this tool will look like. But the main idea is that the state should talk to businesses and defense industries in the language of orders, and we are providing such a digital tool,” Chernogorenko said.
