In the second quarter of 2024, the stock exchanges of Armenia and Kyrgyzstan became the leaders of growth in trading volumes compared to the same period last year, the Eurasian Economic Commission said.

Thus, Kazakhstan’s stock exchange Astana International Exchange (AIX) increased trading volume 3.3 times. Stock markets of other states of the Eurasian Economic Union showed moderate growth.
Commodity exchanges also showed an increase in trading volumes, except for JSC Commodity Exchange Eurasian Trading System (Kazakhstan). Price indexes for petroleum products rose, the dynamics of prices for various types of agricultural products remained multidirectional.
