The construction work of “20 minute city” project will start next month

The Government of Mongolia proposed a comprehensive legal reform to enact the “20-minute city” concept as part of the Urban and Rural Revival framework. Within the framework of the project, from next month, the construction of 12,000 houses based on the Selbe sub-center will begin.

The work of clearing 158 hectares of land in Chingeltei and Sukhbaatar districts is ongoing. As of today, after reaching an agreement with 1250 families, more than 560 of them received compensation for land evaluation. The valuation of 0.07 hectares of land reached 204 million MNT. This week, 1,000 families will receive the land clearing money into their accounts.
