The international conference Turkmentel-2024 opened in Ashgabat

On November 14, a two-day international conference began in Ashgabat, bringing together leading experts in the field of telecommunications. About 250 delegates from 27 countries, including 40 speakers, are taking part in the large-scale event.

The conference was opened by the Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Mammethan Chakyev, who welcomed the forum participants on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.

The Chairman of the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Communications Agency, Hajimurat Hudaykuliyev, made a report during the plenary session. The conference program also includes speeches by the heads of major foreign telecommunications companies.

The event, which will last until November 15, will become an important platform for exchanging experiences and discussing prospects for the development of the communications sector in the region.
