Cabinet Chairman visits tile and cement production plants

As part of a working trip to Chui region, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Akylbek Japarov visited Asyl-Tash Plus tile and Terek Tash cement production plants in Issyk-Ata district.

He got acquainted with the technological process of production, product quality and prospects for development of these enterprises. The official emphasized the importance of development of local industry, creation of new jobs and providing the population with high-quality domestic products.

«The state pays great attention to supporting domestic producers. As part of the celebration of the 100th anniversary of formation of the Kara-Kyrgyz Autonomous Region, it is planned to open 100 industrial enterprises in all regions of the republic. We strive to create all the conditions for their successful operation and the introduction of modern technologies. Development of industry is one of the key areas for achieving sustainable economic growth,» Akylbek Japarov said.

He also met with the management of the enterprises and discussed with them current issues and prospects for development of the industry.
